Below is a customer check list.

• Let our technicians know a head of time if you do not have a ladder that can be used.
  

• Allow easy access to your yard.
  
• Winterizing products must be out and available for our technicians to use.
• Balance off levels (Chlorine must be at 5 parts per million to ensure clean water come the Spring time).
• Water level must be 4" from outer face plate of skimmer.
  
• Provide a non-damaged pool cover.
• Storage readily available.
• Turn off breakers after closing.

Please note:

We will not close a pool with an excessive amount of leaves in the pool. We are not responsible for the cleaning of the pool. Also, in accordance with the City of Winnipeg by-laws all pool owners are not allowed to drain pool water to public streets. We are not responsible for pool water draining onto other properties.

• We only use water bags to hold down pool covers.
• We wrap solar blankets with a white plastic wrap.
